Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Marvell Technology (Nasdaq: MRVL) with a Buy. Price target $12.

Deutsche analyst says, "MRVL's strength in Storage/Comms is well known and we believe the co is poised to gain share. Stable gross margins and recently announced opex cuts has left MRVL right-sized to out-perform. MRVL should benefit in the near term from inv restocking and 2H recovery in PC demand. However, we also note that the macro environment remains uncertain and MRVL stock has appreciated ~+30% YTD (vs SOXX+3% and SPX -15%). For investors with existing semi exposure, the stock presents a solid relative investment."
