Astrological prediction of George W. Bush's death

I read recentrly that his inauguration chart (1980) was timed astrologically at 12:16 AM - does anyone know more on this ? If so, then it might be an explanation to the fact that he managed to survive the murder attempt.
So, based on the above argumentation - I think GWB will die on August 19, 2004. And this is my prediction.
