Sina target raised to $130 at Stifel Nicolaus . Stifel Nicolaus raises their SINA tgt to $130 from $100 in order to better reflect the value of SINA Weibo, aka the Twitter of China. The firm says SINA is generating considerable value from SINA Weibo resulting from the microblog's dramatic growth and network value, despite not yet monetizing the platform. Recall that they estimate SINA Weibo will have between 220 million and 250 million users by YE11, based on SINA Weibo's recent trend of adding 12 million to 15 million users per month.
