ok, ma tralasciando per un momento il flottante, se il merito creditizio è identico, identici devono essere i prezzi di UZD e TMUSL, a meno del rischio che UZD finisca tradabile solo su otc; ma mi pare che questo rischio valga bene il 10% a sconto con cui la si compra.

Riguardo al flottante ho estrapolato l'informazione da Marketwatch; può darsi che sia outdatata come suggerisci tu. Quanto al resto proprio perchè US cellular è stata acquisita da T mobile i bond UZD, UZE,... dovrebbero finire per avere lo stesso merito creditizio dei bond della controllante...
