In Spain, in order to be able to make the comparison, we must take into account two effects of 2018. On the one hand, the effect related to the sale of the photovoltaic portfolios mentioned above (see "Factors that affect the comparability of the results of our operations"). On the other hand, it is necessary to explain that last year a non-recurring photovoltaic project with special characteristics was executed, which required the supply of the panels to the project. Excluding both effect mentioned, our consolidated net turnover increased by €3.3 million or 2.2%, to €151.5 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2019, compared to €148.1 million for the for the six month period ended June 30, 2018. This slight increase was mainly due to the increase in our civil works as well as by the stable growing trend of energy projects partially compensated by the reduction of residential building activity.
In Mexico, our consolidated net turnover had a decreased by €16.7 million or 8.6%, to €178.3 for the six month period ended June 30, 2018 compared to €195.0 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2018. This decrease is due to the slowdown in civil works due to the change of government partially compensated by the increase in non-residential building projects (hotel projects). Industrial projects remain stable confirming the growing trend in the importance of energy projects since mid 2018
In Poland, our consolidated net turnover decreased by €14.9 million or 23.3% to €49.0 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2019, compared to €63.9 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2018. This decrease was mainly due to the following facts: i) the new projects in backlog coming from our civil works activities as well as energy projects in the country are in the design stage and did not enter in full production; ii) 2018 figures include the production development of our industrial projects in Slovakia which were completed in the first months of 2018.
In the rest of the jurisdictions our consolidated net turnover increased by €3.4 million or 17.5% to €22.9 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2019, compared to €19.5 million for the six month period ended June 30, 2018.
