Secondo me c'è ancora confusione.
Certamente ha escluso integralmente alcune serie (nel senso che non accetta nemmeno la parte di bonds conferiti) ma su quelle incluse (delle quali accetta i bonds conferiti), potrebbero non essere stati raggiunti tutti i quorum.
Per le Par ok. Per le discounts c'è ancora qualche dubbio, sennò tutti gli articoli postati sarebbero univoci.

Dipende se considereranno chi è rimasto fuori come un professionale brutto cattivo che vuole fare holdout oppure come dei retail cui non é stata neanche data la possibilità di scelta.

Si ma in ogni caso non pagare vorrebbe dire farsi del male in giudizio avendo delle controparti toste, non credo che siano cosi stupidi. Ladrones si stupidi no.
