New World Resources Plc ('NWR' or the 'Company'), announces today that its wholly owned subsidiary, OKD a.s. ('OKD') has signed with the Czech State an extension of the Memorandum of Understanding ('the Memorandum') on the closure of its Paskov Mine.

The validity of the Memorandum was extended by one month until 30 April 2014.

The Memorandum that established a framework for co-operation was signed on 6 January 2014. It set out the role of each party, and explained how they work together towards a mutually beneficial solution.

La notizia più recente è che il ministro dell'industria ceca suggerisce un sostegno a NWR che consentirebbe lo spostamento della chiusura della miniera di Paskow a fine 2016.
Questo indipendentemente dai piani di ristrutturazione finanziaria che coinvolgerebbe
anche gli obbligazionisti .
Il più sarebbe sapere cosa intendono in tal senso.
Il piano dovrebbe essere annunciato il 24.
