Der Kurator gibt bekannt, dass sein 3. Bericht gegen Übermittlung eines Depotauszuges entsprechend des Edikts für die Tagfahrt (nicht älter als 10 Tage) und gegen Bestätigung, dass dieser Bericht nicht an Dritte (außer beigezogene Berater des jeweiligen Anleihegläubigers) und auch nicht an die Medien weitergegeben wird, ab dem 6.4.2016 am Nachmittag über die Emailadresse [email protected] angefordert werden kann.

Bei Weitergabe an unbefugte Dritte oder Medien behalten sich der Kurator und die Emittentin die Geltendmachung von rechtlichen Schritten gegenüber dem Anleihegläubiger vor.



The curator herewith informs you that she will send you the 3rd report as of April 6th 2016 afternoon if you send a document which certifies that you have deposited your bond (statement of deposited securities) per email to [email protected] and additionally confirm that you will not forward the report to any third party (except your advisors) or the media.

In case the report is forwarded to any third party or the media the issuer and the curator reserve the right to take legal measures.

Ciao Iguanito e' sufficiente chiedere alla banca il certificato di possesso del titolo e inviarlo via mail specificando che non si inoltrerà a terzi i report. In questo modo si viene inseriti nella loro lista di distribuzione e si riceveranno i documenti relativi a Scholz

Non è così, io ho già mandato questo certificato più di un mese fa, ora il cornuto lo richiede aggiornato, non oltre 10 gg, gli ho risposto papale papale:
Did I sent no later than a month ago, I can not bore my bank with repeated requests.
Send me this document and stop to have this arrogant and haughty, is talking to people who are losing money. Understood?

Comunque se è solo per avere i report se li possono anche tenere. A noi interessa vedere cosa succede al 31 maggio (già lo sappiamo: confermeranno di non pagare la cedola), dopodichè vedere come ristrutturano

Senti, io ho capito questo: Dicono di stare negoziando con due investitori. Anche si stà parlando di una riduzzione del indebitamento prima d' emettere nuovo debito. Però anche puntualizano che non c'è concrezione in particolare sulla ristutturazione del nostro bond.
