Ho scritto stamane a OSA per essere inserito nell'elenco degli obbligazionisti Air Berlin in insolvenza e mi hanno già risposto. Bisogna solo mandare una mail con una copia scan in pdf della dichiarazione di deposito corrente al seguente inditizzo:

Vi risponderanno in giornata in quanto rappresentano anche titolari di obbligazioni nei procedimenti di insolvenza di Air Berlin

ERLIN (Reuters) - Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair (I:RYA) will not make an offer for assets of insolvent German airline Air Berlin (DE:AB1), its Chief Executive Michael O'Leary said on Wednesday, citing what he said was an intransparent carve-up process.
Air Berlin, Germany's second-largest airline, filed for bankruptcy protection this month after shareholder Etihad Airways withdrew funding following years of losses.
O'Leary has complained that the insolvency process was designed to help strengthen German flagship carrier Lufthansa (DE:LHAG).
"If there was a fair and open process we would get involved but we are not getting involved in this process because it's a stitch-up," he told a news conference on Wednesday.
He said Ryanair had asked German and European anti-trust authorities to investigate what he said was a "conspiracy" between Air Berlin, Lufthansa and the German government.
"We believe (the insolvency) was triggered to put maximum pressure on politicians ahead of federal elections in September," he said.

Thank you very much for your email, which we received from our colleague Carsten, working with the Steilmann insolvency process.
First of all, would you please able to confirm which Air Berlin bond you are holding and which nominal amount ?
As a next step it is important to join forces and get representation in the creditors committee. We would appreciate if you support us by a letter of support (sample form attached) together with a proof of your holdings. We will then address the court to expand the bondholders committee showing the broad support. Of course a support letter does not incur any costs for you.
In addition we believe an ad hoc committee to coordinate and discuss further steps is very helpful. Please contact us if you would like to form such an ad hoc committee.
We are looking forward working with you.

Se quella fosse "l'offerta" propongo tutti insieme di rispondere NO, GRAZIE.
Gli facciamo fare tutta la procedura di liquidazione, quindi maggiori costi....anche se poi noi magari prendiamo niente
