Oppure frasi del tipo : the notes constitute senior (o subordinated) obligation of the issuer...
esempio di obbligazione senior , non subordinata :
The Bonds will constitute
direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer and
rank and will rank pari passu without any preference among themselves and equally and rateably with any
other present or future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of the Issuer (
as more fully described
under "Terms and Conditions of the Bonds - Status of the Bonds").
Esempi di subordinate varie :
Status and Subordination
The Capital Securities constitute direct, unsecured and subordinated
securities of the Issuer. The rights and claims of the Holders under
the Capital Securities are subordinated to the claims of Senior
Creditors (as defined in Condition 20) of the Issuer, present and
future.
Issue of EUR 1,250,000,000 6.625 per cent. Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes due 2018
sempre Intesa ma perpetual
INTESA SANPAOLO S.p.A.
(incorporated as a società per azioni in the Republic of Italy)
€1,250,000,000 8.047 per cent. Fixed to Floating Rate Perpetual Subordinated Notes
WIENERBERGER AG
(incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Austria)
€ 400,000,000 Subordinated Perpetual Fixed to Floating Rate Callable Bonds
UNICREDITO ITALIANO S.p.A.
Issue of 500,000,000
