Credo di non aver ben capito la domanda ma solito devi cercare : Status , Status and subordination ,Status of the notes (bonds)

Oppure frasi del tipo : the notes constitute senior (o subordinated) obligation of the issuer...

esempio di obbligazione senior , non subordinata :

The Bonds will constitute direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer and
rank and will rank pari passu without any preference among themselves and equally and rateably with any
other present or future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of the Issuer (as more fully described

Se il grado di subordinazione non e' specificato in genere lo si deduce dalle clausole del titolo

(Mi è sorta la curiosità accademica se si riferisce al diritto olandese (quindi ad un privilegio di civil law) o al diritto inglese (e quindi: ad un privilegio di common law)

Credo al diritto inglese. Sempre nelle General Conditions infatti si legge:

(a) The Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the
Securities, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law.​

(b) The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (including any dispute
relating to any non-contractual obligations (a "Dispute") arising from or in connection with
the Securities).​

(c) Subparagraph (b) is for the benefit of the Holders only. As a result, nothing prevents any
Holder from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute (“Proceedings”) in any other courts
with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, Holders may take concurrent Proceedings in
any number of jurisdictions.​

(d) The Issuer agrees that the courts of England are the most appropriate and convenient courts
to settle any Dispute and, accordingly, that it will not argue to the contrary.​
