EXPLANATORY PART

For the Hylea Group, the 2020 financial year was characterized by logistical restrictions, supply chain bottlenecks and a decline in export volumes.

The liquidity situation of the Hylea Group remains very tense at the moment. For the continued existence of the company, an agreement with the bondholders of the corporate bond 2017/2022 (ISIN: DE000A19S801 / WKN: A19S80) on the restructuring of the bond is essential. In addition, Hylea needs additional funds to secure its working capital. Talks for this purpose are currently being held.
