• The Kraft Heinz Co. (KHC) did not file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year
  ended Dec. 29, 2018, by March 14, 2019, the due date following a 15-day
  extension.
• We are placing all of our ratings on KHC, including our 'BBB' long-term
  issuer credit rating and 'A-2' short-term issuer credit rating, on
  CreditWatch with negative implications. This means we could either lower
  or affirm our ratings after completion of our review. If we lower our
  ratings, the downgrade would likely be limited to one notch, unless
  particularly negative information is uncovered.
• We intend to resolve our CreditWatch after analyzing the 2018 10-K and
  first quarter 2019 10-Q.

Fitch Ratings-Chicago-19 March 2019: Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'A+' rating to senior notes issued by Berkshire Hathaway Finance Corporation (BHFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK). The offering totaled $750 million of 4.25% coupon, 30-year maturity senior unsecured notes issued by BHFC that are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the parent.
