Premesso non conosco l'isin delle garantite.
Ma comunque quelle nuove pagheranno Tassi infimi sicuramente
L'importanza delle nuove emissioni risiede nel fatto,
che grazie al cash/denaro raccolto tramite esse,
vengono ripagate quelle in scadenza.mickey75

NIB ha emesso proprio in questi giorni una nuova obbligazione per 1,5 miliardi di euro.
Anche questa emissione, come quella del dicembre scorso di 1,25 miliardi, è garantita dal governo olandese ed è stata sottoscritta da investitori istituzionali. Quindi non era sottoscrivibile dal pubblico.
NIBC Bank successfully issues EUR 1.5 billion bond
NIBC Bank issued a three-year senior unsecured bond under the Dutch State´s credit guarantee scheme. The bond has a total size of EUR 1.5 billion and was issued under NIBC Bank´s European Medium Term Note programme.
The bond had a well diversified orderbook of over EUR 2 billion with close to 100 national and international accounts participating. The bond carries a AAA/AAA/Aaa rating by Standard & Poor´s, Fitch and Moody´s. Pricing of the deal is at 65 bps over mid swaps. Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners were Calyon, Rabobank Groep NV, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and Societe Generale SA.
