problemi con java (1 Viewer)

qualche giorno fa ho scaricato l'ultima versione di java la 6018
ora pero' la piattaforma trading non si apre piu'
prima usavo la v. 6017
ho provato a disistallare la 6018 e a reinstallare la 6017
ho riavviato
ma mi dice che c'e' ancora l'ultima versione istallata
come e' possibile? che l'ho disistallata da Pannello di controllo....
che faccio?

allora: istallo la ..17, bene
ma poi mi appare messaggio che dice che una versione e' gia' istallata
e vado su pannello di controllo e non trovo piu' l'icona java, che servirebbe a inibire la ..18
come faccio? ci dovrebbe essere altro modo...
