Con grandissimo dispiacere ho liquidato le SNS 482 a 82 (prese a 77 la settimana scorsa) e le SNS 155 a 81. In parte ho incrementato alcune posizioni. Devo decidere bene cosa prendere con il resto del ricavato...

Se possibile mi piacerebbe avere alcuni chiarimenti:

Ovag ha chiuso il bilancio 2008 e 2009 in perdita e quindi non paga
le cedole su XS0201306288 nel 2009 e nel 2010.
Per dire che non paga le cedole nel 2011 vorrebbe dire che non fa utili
nel 2010.
Ma nell'ultima semestrale ha dichiarato che si aspetta (speriamo) un
"net profit" consolidato per il 2010.

Quindi perche si dice che non paga le cedole nel 2011.

Oevag chiuderà il bilancio consolidato 2010 in utile, ma il bilancio civilistico 2010 chiuderà in perdita. Ai fini delle cedole conta solo il civilistico.

Mi è dispiaciuto proprio vendere SNS 155. Però - in ottica cassetto - ho visto che ci sono occasioni migliori...

(Basel 3) by OEVAG on that debt subject, thank you in advance for your reply.


RISPOSTA

Dear Mr. XXXXXXX

the bond you are holding is a profit-related instrument. We currently assume that VBAG will post a negative single entity result for 2010 (that is the non-consolidated result of Volksbank AG which is relevant for determining whether the bank is able to pay dividends on profit related securities according to the Austrian Banking Act). Thus a distribution on profit related securities in 2011 should not be expected. From today´s viewpoint we anticipate to be profitable on the single entity level in the year 2011 so we currently assume that distributions on profit-related securities can resume in the year 2012.

At the moment we do not consider any repurchases of tier 1 capital. The reason ist that tier 1 capital can only be redeemed according to Austrian Banking Law if it has been replaced by capital of the same or higher quality before the redemption which is not possible under current market conditions. If the situation should change in the future and a repurchase of capital instruments becomes possible, we will let you know.

Posso suggerirti un titolo a caso.....inizia con la Ö...puoi incrementarlo visto che ce l'hai già
