PARIS (Reuters) - Carrefour, Europe's largest retailer, said on Sunday it had agreed to sell 80% of its Chinese operations to Chinese group Suning.com in all-cash transaction.
The deal values Carrefour China at 1.4 billion euros (£1.25 billion), debt included, and is expected to close by the end of 2019, pending regulatory approvals, the French retailer said in a statement.
Carrefour China operates 210 hypermarkets and 24 convenience stores. It generated net sales of 3.6 billion euros and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 66 million euros in 2018.

Mi sa che hanno scoperchiato un vaso di melma..
Onestamente lavorando nel settore i fondi H2O sono sempre stati molto chiacchierati...va bene essere il best performer della categoria ma quando ogni anno fai 10 punti percentuali in più del secondo c'è qualcosa di strano e il dubbio che non stiano giocando proprio pulito viene spontaneo...ricordava un po’ Ben Johnson...andava forte, ma quando dava mezzo secondo sui 100m qualcuno si è insospettito ed è andato a vederci dentro..:

E' corretto?

Sono mensili...essendo a fine mese a volte slittano ai primi gg del mese successivo (dipende come cadono sabato e domenica)

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Daimler must recall 60,000 Mercedes diesel cars in Germany after regulators found that they were fitted with software aimed at distorting emissions tests, the Transportation Ministry said on Saturday.
The model affected is the Mercedes-Benz GLK 220 produced between 2012 and 2015.
Daimler confirmed that the recall was ordered on Friday but said that it would appeal against the decision while continuing to cooperate with regulators.
The ministry said that it was expanding its investigation into further models.

Sia la Cina che gli Stati Uniti sarebbero disposti ad arrivare a un compromesso sui dazi, lo ha detto il ministro cinese del Commercio, Wang Shouwen in vista dell'attesissimo incontro tra i due presidenti, Donald Trump e Xi Jinping, al vertice del G20 che si terrà questa settimana in Giappone a Osaka il 28 e 29 giugno.
I colloqui tra le due parti sono stati riaperti dopo lo stop di un mese fa quando gli Stati Uniti hanno accusato la Cina di rinunciare agli impegni precedentemente concordati. La Cina ha però precisato che "trovare un accordo a metà strada significa che entrambe le parti devono scendere a compromessi e fare concessioni, non solo una parte".

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German carrier Lufthansa on Monday said it would start pegging its dividend payout ratio to net profit in the future, adding this would give the group, which issued a profit warning a week ago, more flexibility.
Lufthansa said it would pay out a regular dividend of 20-40 of net profit, adjusted for one-off gains and losses, in the future. Its previous dividend policy was based on a payout ratio of 10-25% of earnings before interest and tax.
Shares in Lufthansa were up by 1.8% in early Frankfurt trade.
