Ha risposto adesso anche a me, dice che l´offerta fata pubblica venerdì e quella di Chiho, anche segnala che l´altra offerta da KKR è ancora peggiore. Siamo fregati....

Chiho ha offerto l'acquisto del debito Scholz al 25%, ma qualcosa mi dice che verrà scelta l'offerta di KKR di 7.5% + eventuale 3%

La replica d´Ulla non mi chiarisce il monto della offerta di Chiho... Dove si puó trovare quale sia il percentuale offerto? Nel siti di Chiho dice soltanto questo:
The purchase price offered by the Company under the Debt Acquisition is based on a substantial discount to the nominal amount of the Debt and will not exceed EUR 524 million (equivalent to approximately HK$4.66 billion).
Da dove ti esce che offrono 25%?

Non ci sto capendo più niente, spiegatevi meglio. L'offerta di venerdì era dei cinesi, quindi io capisco che sono loro ad aver offerto il 7% e KKR ancora di meno. È corretto? Però in questo caso che ne è stato della promessa dei cinesi di offrire almeno il 25%?

Meglio andare a guardare alla fonte. Nel´ annuncio di Chiho soltanto trovo un riferimento a un 25%:
Mi sembra che magari qualcuno ha capito male. Il 25% si riferisce a una metrica interna da Chiho in confronto a suoi propri azionisti... Niente da vedere col prezzo offerto.
LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS
As one or more of the applicable percentage ratios (as defined under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) exceed 25% but are less than 100%, the Transaction constitutes a major transaction of the Company and are therefore subject to the reporting, announcement and shareholders’ approval requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

Hai ragione, il comportamento del mercato, che dall'annuncio di Chiho alla notizia shock di venerdì mattina, prezzava il bond tra 20 e 25, mi ha fatto interpretare male... chiedo scusa, il 19 sapremo come andrà a finire e non credo ci sia molto da stare allegri
ma qualcuno ha un'idea precisa di cosa si discuterà nell'udienza di domani? c'è il rischio che quelli di Chiho si ritirino?
