On 21. November 2018, the insolvency administrator of Air Berlin PLC provided KEOS GbR (“KEOS”), in its capacity as joint representative of the EUR 225 million, 2011/2018, 8.250% bonds issued by Air Berlin PLC (the "Bond", ISIN: DE000AB100B4 / WKN: AB100B), with a report on the progress of the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Air Berlin PLC.

Following approval by the insolvency administrator, Bondholders can request a copy of the insolvency administrator's report from KEOS GbR by sending a recent deposit account statement (not older than 10 working days) to proof their creditor status. Corresponding inquiries and supporting documents should be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or by fax to +49 89 15 98 98 22. The report will only be sent by email and is only available in German. At the request of certain bondholders, KEOS has translated the main facts for convenience purposes into English. However, only the German version is binding, and the translation is without guarantee and should not be relied upon for decision making. It is a working version and the German version alone is authoritative.

It should be noted that the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Air Berlin PLC are non-public proceedings. The report or its contents may therefore not be passed on to third parties.



KEOS will keep registered bondholders informed about the further developments and is available for questions via email at [email protected].

Pensate che per "a recent deposit account statement (not older than 10 working days) to proof their creditor status" possa andare bene l'immagine della schermata del deposito titoli ricavata via PC dalla home banking? Ovviamente cancellerei dall'immagine tutti gli altri titoli ed in particolare gli importi.

Grazie per la risposta. Poiché avevo già pronto lo screenshot, prima di andare in banca ho provato ad inviarlo in forma di pdf dopo aver coperto gli altri miei bond con un programma di fotoritocco. Dopo poche ore mi hanno risposto mandandomi il documento.
Quindi non perdete tempo ad andare in banca per farvi fare la dichiarazione.
Appena avrò tempo leggerò a fondo la documentazione che a prima vista sembra un semplice riassunto degli eventi maturati fino ad oggi.

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German airline Air Berlin's insolvency administrator is suing Abu Dhabi's Etihad, its former owner, for damages of up 2 billion euros ($2.26 billion), a Berlin court said on Friday.
Etihad Airways' decision to withdraw funding for Air Berlin sent Germany's then No.2 carrier into insolvency. The administrator said previously that Etihad did not meet its financial obligations towards Air Berlin.
"The claims are for payment of 500 million and the establishment that the defendant is obliged to pay further damages. The Chamber has provisionally set the amount in dispute at up to 2 billion euros," the court said in a statement on Friday.
Etihad's spokesperson confirmed the company had received a claim filed at the Berlin Regional Court by the insolvency administrator of Air Berlin.
"We believe that the claim is without merit and will defend ourselves vigorously against it," the spokesperson said, adding that they would not make further public comment on the issue at the present time.
The airline has until the end of January to respond to the suit, according to the court.
Etihad owned a 29 percent stake in Air Berlin and had been providing funding since becoming a shareholder in early 2012. In April 2017, Etihad sent a letter of support to Air Berlin, saying it would continue to provide funding for the next 18 months.
But just months later, Etihad said it would no longer provide funding, saying Air Berlin's business had deteriorated at an unprecedented pace.
The administrator said this doomed Air Berlin, whose assets have since been carved up and sold off.

Completamente respinto dall'amministratore dell'insolvenza.
Motivo del rifiuto:
Il 31 gennaio 2018, BNP Paribas Trust Corp. UK Limited ha registrato e depositato i crediti per l'intero titolo ISIN EUR XS1051719786 / CHF XS1051723895 come trustee. Pertanto, le singole rivendicazioni dei singoli creditori raddoppiano le domande e non possono più essere determinate. I tuoi diritti sotto l'obbligazione sottoscritta ora rappresentano esclusivamente BNP Paribas Trust Corporation UK Limited in procedure concorsuali."
Chiedo, a qualcuno è arrivata questa stessa risposta? Significa che il ritardo di 1 giorno rispetto al 1° Febbraio (termine per inviare richieste) ha determinato il respingimento della mia richiesta singola, oppure questa risposta si riferisce al fatto che BNP Paribas rappresenta collettivamente tutti gli obbligazionisti?
