Bombardier jumps the most in a year, with B shares surging as much as 23%, after a Citigroup analyst said Friday’s 20% plunge was excessive because a regulatory review of the company’s executive stock-sale plan "appears routine."
Quebec’s AMF securities regulator said it was reviewing the company’s automatic securities disposition plan, which executives can use to sell stock, ordering the suspension of all such transactions until further notice.
"At this time, there appears to be no reason to believe that the regulator is looking into any alleged improprieties that are related to this program," says Citi analyst Stephen Trent, and since the investigation "appears routine," last week’s selloff "looked unreasonable."

guarda che chs è in uno scolo di scarico giù giù giù
ti segnalo l'ottimo seekingalpha che suggerisce di comprare la 2019 a 97 perchè con 8% di cedola + 3% al rimborso ti darebbe un ottimo rendimento.
Anche l'analista che la segnala ne ha comprato, ma personalmente e malignamente penso che la suggerisca per scaricare lui o i suoi clienti
