Grupo Aldesa announces its provisional results for the FY2018 Grupo Aldesa announces the release of provisional results for the year ended December 31, 2018. Key highlights include: Consolidated net turnover for 2018 increased by 6.1% to 976.0M€, compared to 919.6M€ for 2017. Net turnover for the Restricted Group increased by 7.5% to 931.4M€ for 2018, compared to 866.8M€ for the previous year. In 2018, international operations accounted for 61% of overall consolidated net turnover, with Mexico and Poland as our most significant contributors to international operations. By business line, Construction accounted for 53% of consolidated net turnover in 2018; Industrial represented 42% of consolidated net turnover in 2018; and the remaining 5% derived from Investment Activities (primarily Energy and Concessions). Consolidated EBITDA in 2018 increased by 2.6% to 95.6M€, compared to 93.2M€ for the previous year; representing a 9.8% consolidated EBITDA margin on consolidated net turnover. EBITDA for the Restricted Group increased by 2.7% to 57.3M€ for 2018, compared to 55.8M€ in the previous year. At year end, the Group's total portfolio backlog increased by 4.8% to 1,419M€ compared to 1,354M€ for the previous year. Portfolio backlog does not include recurrent revenue associated with the sale of energy and concessions, which we classify as long-term portfolio. Restricted Group net financial debt in 2018 amounted at 93.8€, resulting in a net financial debt ratio of 1.6 times Restricted Group EBITDA, in comparison with the Restricted Group net financial debt of 116.2M€ and a net financial debt ratio of 2.1 times for the previous year.
