  • L'immagine nel mercato interno è depressa, ma non quanto ci si aspetterebbe dopo il blocco e l'incertezza creata dalla pandemia. Certo, ci sono settori che soffrono, come il catering, ma il quadro generale del turnover aziendale non è male, date le condizioni, come sottolineano i dirigenti delle banche.
  • Inutile dire che i settori sofferenti sono il turismo e in particolare alcune aree come Rodi o Kos, e tutti i dati mostrano che quest'anno sarà più vicino allo scenario sfavorevole . Il traffico passeggeri aeroportuale a giugno è stato del -93% e nel trimestre luglio-settembre dovremmo avere un netto miglioramento del quadro per "catturare" l'obiettivo del governo di raggiungere quest'anno il 30% dei ricavi del 2019.
  • Nel tufo senza precedenti del turismo, tuttavia, c'è un notevole focus di resistenza: i professionisti di molte isole mantengono i prezzi a livelli pre-pandemici temendo che se i prezzi diminuiranno, il declino sarà consolidato. The issuer will not accept any tender of Existing Notes that would result in the issuance of less than 1,000 principal amount of New Notes. Notes will be rounded down to the nearest 1,000 principle amount and cash will be paid in lieu as a result of rounding.
