Takko Luxembourg 2 S.C.A. (the “Issuer”) today confirmed that it will
on August 14, 2020 pay interest on its Fixed Rate Notes and Floating Rate Notes that was originally due and payable on May 15, 2020 (the “May Interest Payment”). The May Interest Payment was previously deferred with the consent of the requisite number of holders of the Notes. The Issuer confirms it will make the May Interest Payment
on August 14, 2020, prior to the expiration of the deferral.
The Issuer also confirms that it will pay interest on the upcoming interest payment date for its Floating Rate Notes
on August 15, 2020.
