Ciao a tutti,
oggi ho avuto tempo per guardare il prospetto delle Ekosem 2024. Copio qui sotto (in inglese, quello ufficiale e' in tedesco) alcuni passaggi interessanti:

6. Ranking
The Issuer’s obligations to the noteholders of the Bearer Notes are unsubordinated, not secured by property, direct and unconditional. They hold the same rank as all other liabilities of the Issuer that are not secured by property and unsubordinated, insofar as these do not take priority on account of binding statutory regulations.

13. Noteholders representative
e. Anleihe GmbH, with registered offices in Munich, business address: Oskar-von-MillerRing 34, 80333 Munich, is appointed as joint representative ("Noteholders' Representative"). In any event, the office of the Noteholders' Representative shall end when a court orders provisional insolvency proceedings over the assets of the Issuer.

15. Information obligation
The Issuer shall be obliged provide the noteholders in the form of an announcement pursuant to section 10 or by publication on the Issuer's website (www.ekosemagrar.de/investor-relations/) with the following information
-an audited consolidated financial statement – as soon as available, but not later than 6 months after the end of each financial year – and
- an unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statement – as soon as available, but not later than 3 months after the end of each half fiscal year

Commenti? (a parte che i 6 mesi per pubblic. bilancio sono scaduti)

Grazie mille ! Infatti ho visto che mi veniva accreditato sul conto il Bond e pensavo un rimborso ma non avevo trovato notizie

Ragazzi ekosem di nuovo giù.
Ora sono impegnato ma mi prude il dito (per incrementare).
Potrei sbarazzarmi delle transocean che quotano quasi quanto la 2024.
Però non mi aspettavo questo calo delle ekosem!!!!

Io ci andrei cauto...Lo so che chi non risica non rosica ma la fregatura è sempre dietro l'angolo......E lo dice uno che ha 95k investiti con pmc abbastanza alto...

C'è anche da considerare che transocean non è più tranquilla di ekosem, l' eventuale cambio, per quanto riguarda il rischio, rimane in equilibrio.
Si perde semmai in diversificazione e questo non è poco!

Assolutamente da seguire.
Possono offrire meno di 25-28 ? (il mercato ora dice di si').
