Teva Pharmaceutical plans to issue $2.06B of sustainability-linked senior notes under its sustainability-linked financing framework established in October 2021, as updated in July 2022.Net proceeds along with cash on hand will be used for funding announced tender offers to purchase, for cash, its senior notes for a maximum total purchase price of up to $2.25B; any remaining proceeds will be used for repayment of outstanding debt upon maturity, tender offer or earlier redemption.Separately, the pharma company also initiated tender offers to purchase for cash for a combined purchase price of up to $2.25B.Teva plans these offers for managing and extending the maturity profile of its debt.

Metalcorp comunica di avere risolto le problematiche societarie in Guinea, e di aver spedito il primo carico di bauxite (ha una concessione di 25 anni sulla riserva più importante al mondo). Spero che sia il primo passo della ripresa di una società (e del rating, al momento C per S&P) che sembra avere i conti in ordine e aveva buone valutazioni fino allo slittamento del rimborso 2022. Sempre toccando... bauxite, che contiene anche ferro...
