l'estratto...Bombardier More duties on CSeries aircraft deliveries to US airlines Last Friday, the US Department of Commerce ruled to impose a further 79.82% tariff on the import of Cseries aircrafts for alleged underselling in the US. This decision came one week after that the US Department of Commerce has decided a 219.63% tariff on countervailing duties on CSeries aircrafts deliveries to US airlines (preliminary decision). Please also refer to our Good Morning Credit released on 27 September 2017. This new decision was rather expected. The final decision will be taken by the US ITC (International Trade Commission) next year. If confirmed by the ITC, Bombardier could also appeal any sanctions to a US court but it could take time and could create some wait and see attitude from potential customers. We have a SELL recommendation on Bombardier 6.125% 2021 (-, ytw of 4.3%). Please also refer to our GMC released on 27 Sept and 14 Aug 17. Bombardier will report its Q3 2017 results on 02 November 2017.
