TOURISM SURGES AS NEW ZEALAND’S WOMEN GROW LARGER BREASTS

Wellington, New Zealand – Evolution is a gradual process. Nature conforms to changing environments so that life is better equipped to deal with alterations in habitat. Nature also uses evolution to eliminate redundant body parts, such as wisdom teeth, once they become irrelevant. Generally evolution takes centuries if not
longer but in recent years man has taken over for nature. Genetic manipulation,
cosmetic surgery, and advanced medicines have all one upped nature in the evolutionary race but now it seems as though evolution has been lying in wait and now presenting humanity with a big surprise.
Braologists from New Zealand have reported a sharp uptick in purchases of larger bras indicating that that size of breasts in the country are growing, and growing dramatically. Throughout the country sale of size D thru J have increased 53 per cent and show no signs of slowing. Despite intensive and exhaustive research on the subject, scientists are at a loss as to why the breast size amongst residents has increased so dramatically but are welcoming it warmly. Also embracing the bust increase is the struggling travel industry which is seeing equivalent lift in their business.
“I’ve worked with Fayreform for more than 20 years and have lost count of the number of Kiwi women I have fitted. In that time the national bust size has constantly been on the increase,” said Fayreform Braologist Carol Rashleigh. “The changing lifestyles of each generation are one of the factors behind the shift to bigger sizes as bust size can be affected by changes in exercise levels, diet and hormones.”
Though there is no scientific evidence to back up Rashleigh’s assumptions, it is quite common for bra experts in New Zealand to make in depth scientific statements.
“A lot of people don’t know this but science is not really all that highly regarded in New Zealand. We see the phenomenon of people thinking they can magically diagnose a scientific question by observation and what they deem common sense but the happenings of that are more pronounced in New Zealand than other countries,”
said Scrape TV Science analyst Dr. Howard Poe. “It’s a logical flaw to assume that you have any ability to assess scientific reasons for an occurrence simply because you want to figure it out for yourself. A truly curious mind asks questions and doesn’t simply make up answers that sound right. Her statements of course have absolutely nothing to do with boosting bra sales, that would be cynical to think.”
Rashleigh has worked with Fayeform for over 20 years. Fayeform is one of the leading bra providers in the country and is initiating a countrywide bra tour with Rashleigh.
“Observation is one thing analytical study is something totally different. This increase in bra size purchases could be related to women purchasing the wrong size. It could also be the result of increased obesity or pregnancy. There are a number of
factors that go into altering breast size, but few of them generate public interest like saying women have bigger boobs,” continued Poe. “To properly assess breast size one would need to conduct a proper scientific sampling, measuring sizes and comparing to equivalent populations with similar dietary and social environments. Sales increases are not generally accepted as part of the scientific method.”
Criticisms aside, the declaration has sparked a flurry of tourist activity unlike anything the country has seen before, save for the time after the release of the Lord of the Rings movies.
“Lord of the Rings was great for our tourist industry but I think having bigger breasts will be even bigger. Breasts are beloved by far more people than Tolkien’s work and they have a much broader cross spectrum of fans,” said a spokesperson for the New Zealand Ministry of Tourism. “I mean I love Hobbits and Elves but come on, we’re talking about boobs.”
Reportedly an investigation into Fayeform’s involvement with a smuggling operation involving human growth hormones was abruptly cancelled.
