(Reuters) - U.S. Treasury debt prices<br>touched session lows in early
afternoon trading on Tuesday<br>after weaker-than-expected results at
a $32 billion auction of<br>three-year government debt.<br>The
three-year note sale is the first leg of this week's<br>$72 billion
February refunding.<br>The yield on the new three-year issue cleared
at 1.349<br>percent <US3YTWI=TWEB>, slightly above what traders
had<br>expected.

note <US10YT=RR> was down<br>12/32 in price, yielding 3.69
percent, up from 3.64 percent<br>late on Monday. The 10-year tested
support at this level for a<br>second day in a row.<br>The price on
two-year notes <US2YT=RR> was down 3/32 with<br>their yield
testing chart support 0.81 percent. Five-year<br>Treasury prices
<US5YT=RR> fell 11/32 with yield last traded at<br>2.35 percent.
The five-year yield pierced chart support at 2.32<br>percent and could
