SNS Reaal è stata nazionalizzata il 1 febbraio 2013. Nella sua decisione dell'11 febbraio 2021, la Enterprise Chamber ha determinato l'importo della compensazione ad alcuni gruppi di persone i cui titoli o beni sono stati a seguito espropriati, fissati in complessivi 804,8 milioni di euro al netto degli interessi legali al 1° febbraio 2013. Lo Stato e anche la Stichting Beheer SNS Reaal hanno proposto ricorso in cassazione presso la Suprema Informata con lettera del Tribunale dell'11 maggio 2021.
La Corte Suprema dovrebbe pronunciarsi su questo caso il 27 gennaio 2023. Se la Suprema Corte respinge i ricorsi in cassazione, si avvia un procedimento di pagamento. Per questo motivo è stata iscritta a bilancio una voce dell'importo complessivo da erogare a titolo di compensazione, oltre agli interessi di legge stimati. Qualora la Suprema Corte dichiari (parzialmente) fondate le doglianze dello Stato e (parzialmente) rinvia la causa alla Sezione Imprese, è possibile che la suddetta somma non venga corrisposta e/o l'iter di pagamento richieda più tempo. Non è quindi certo se un importo di tale importo verrà pagato nell'anno 2023."
Apparentemente, si sta prendendo in considerazione una traiettoria di benefici.

Il mio parere personale è che il 2023 sia l'anno buono. Quello che mi rassicura è che dopo 10 anni hanno esaurito quasi tutte le possibilità di ulteriori rinvii e nel frattempo noi abbiamo ottenuto (Perizia - prima Sentenza - parere avvocato generale) a nostro favore. Manca poco per capire.

Dear all,
The so called ‘Borgersbrieven’, in which the parties that have appealed in cassation, may react on the advice of the Attorney-General to the High Council have been submitted with some delay.
Without any guarantee, please take note of the following remarks.
Our lawyers have studied their replies and are not convinced that the cassation will be succesful for (a.o.) the Dutch State, in my opinion because the replies focus on the ‘content’ and not on the questions that are normally relevant in cassation procedures (is the law correctly applied and are the correct legal articles chosen).
The verdict of the High Council – which normally will not be postponed – is still scheduled for January 27 2023 and I will of course inform you on the outcome, which hopefully implies that we can terminate this ‘soap’.
Encouraging is however the following. The Dutch State has asked the High Council to inform them in time if the High Council will submit the verdict earlier than January 27, 2023 OR will stick to that date. This refers to the Intervention Act, in which is stated that after a verdict is FINAL, the expropriated parties must be compensated WITHIN 4 weeks. The Dutch State has pointed out that – given the fact that this is complex and timeconsuming operation – it appreciates the fact that they will be informed in time, in case the cassation will be unsuccesful for the Dutch State.
The correct finalization of the whole procedure has of course my undevoted attention, but I would like to point out the following. As you know, everyone is expropriated, so you don’t own bonds anymore but you are entitled to any compensation that is determined by the court. I assume that the financial institution where your bonds originally were registered, has administered this properly but it is in your own interest to keep an eye on this (e.g. are your rights visible on your account?), especially when you have chosen another bank in the last 10 years. As soon as the verdict is submitted AND the conclusion is that the Dutch State must pay the compensation AND the way in which the Dutch State is going to pay the compensation is clear, I will outline the procedure to be followed.
The next update can be expected on January 27 2023 (or earlier when the High Council informs us on any change in the date of the verdict).

chissà quando mai rivedremo i nostri denari investiti su SNS e rapinati dal maiale olandese! 
Buongiorno a tutti.
Sono alcuni anni che seguo con grande interesse il Forum senza essere mai intervenuto, ma ora vorrei chiedere se altri si sono trovati nella mia situazione.
Ho dal 2013 (da 15 giorni prima della nazionalizzazione) delle SNS. Non sono riuscito ad aggregarmi fin dall'inizio alle iniziative legali dello studio Grimaldi, anche perché non ne ero al corrente ma fin dalla fine del 2014 ho tentato inutilmente di contattare (in media una/due volte l'anno), scrivendo mail sia allo studio Grimaldi, sia all'Avv. Dezzani e da ultimo anche a mezzo posta certificata, ma .. non mi è mai stato nemmeno risposto.
Ora mi chiedo, sono io particolarmente sfortunato?
Qualcuno è in grado di indicarmi un contatto dove qualcuno mi dia una risposta?
Leggo nelle pagine precedenti del Forum che alcuni pensano di contattare lo Studio Grimaldi per accodarsi alle richieste, ma a che indirizzo che io li ho provati tutti?
Scusate il mio sfogo ma non vi è nulla di più avvilente di non sentirsi nemmeno rispondere ad una richiesta.
