Erste says still holds 700 mln eur Greek bonds
VIENNA, April 30 (Reuters) - Austria's Erste Group Bank
<ERST.VI> still holds 700 million euros ($932 million) worth of
Greek government bonds, a spokesman for the bank said on Friday.
"They are still on the book, we haven't sold anything,"said
Erste spokesman Michael Mauritz when asked about the group's
exposure to Greek government bonds.
Mauritz said Erste also holds 300 million euros worth of
Greek bank bonds, but added the issuers of those bonds were not
domestic Greek banksbut Greek subsidiaries of foreign banks.
