Dear all,
We are contacting you in relation to Abengoa Restructuring.
We have your contact details since you have acceded to the Restructuring during the Initial Accession Period in respect of the following series of Notes.
XS0498817542 (Abengoa’s €500,000,000 8.50% Notes due 2016)
XS0481758307 (Abengoa’s €250,000,000 4.50% Senior Unsecured Convertible Notes due 2017)
New Record Date: 23 November 2016
New Expiry: 5pm CET 25 November 2016
Adj. Meeting: 28 November 2016
Please see attached the respective notices of adjourned meetings.
1.If you have already instructed to vote in favour of the Consent in parallel of your accession to the Restructuring, your instruction is not valid anymore due to the New Record Date for the Adjourned Meeting. You need to reinstruct for the Adjourned meeting.
2.More importantly, if you have acceded to the Restructuring but have not voted in favour of the consent you are in breach of the Restructuring Agreement. All holders that have acceded to the Restructuring undertake to vote in favour of the consent.
In other words, in both of the above situations you have to vote in favour of the consent before the new deadline: 25 November 2016, 5pm CET.
