Relevant Fact
The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the company held on 10 October
2015 on first call, has approved all the proposals submitted to it for their approval
and included in the agenda of the meeting that was submitted to this Commission
by way of a relevant facto on 25 September 2015 (register number 228698).
Such proposals were approved in the terms set forth in the documentation made
available to shareholders and published both in the corporate web page of the
Company and in this Commission’s web page as of the date of the
announcement, except for the first resolution, of share capital reduction, which, as
a consequence of the exercise by its registered title owner of all the Class B shares
warrants that were outstanding (20.709.730), and the subsequent share capital
increase to attend its rights, was amended to adapt the terms of the proposed
resolutions to the new share capital and outstanding shares existing by the time

Avevo letto da qualche parte che a breve avrebbero presentato i risultati e con l'occasione avrebbero presentato l'offerta di riacquisto della 2016, ma non riesco a ritrovare ne' la fonte ne' la data di presentazione, neanche sul sito. Ricordo male io? Forse il mercato aspetta di vedere qualche numero in più prima di prendere una decisione?

I bond riflettono la credibilita' di questa gente che e' a zero o poco piu'...
