The only flight on which I've applauded the pilot for landing safely was a PIA flight from Karachi to Kathmandu when I was 16. I kid you not, that flight was the scariest thing I've ever done, never mind the 8 years in the military and a year traveling around Australia, where literally everyfuckingthing wants to kill you!
