A prescindere dal fatto che sono affermazioni da somaro permaloso, detto questo a noi di chi la compra ce ne strafottesega.
Worhl è un cazzaro perché dire "voglio tutta Air Berlin -as a Whole" vuol dire prenderla IN TOTO
Questo pagliaccio vorrebbe prenderla tutta SOLTANTO NEGLI ATTIVI.

Good evening,
I am writing to you as a representative of a large group of Air Berlin bondholders.
We are apprehensive that the bondholders are not represented in the creditors' committee.
In all the public statements made by your CEO, there has never been a reference to our situation.
In addition, we know today that creditors are expected to recover between 5% and 10% of the invested capital.
All this, as well as shameful, is unacceptable. Under these conditions we will vote NO for any restructuring plan. We are available to extend bonds with lower returns, to conversion into stocks, but we will never accept losing 90% of our investment.

And any proposal for an asset sale requires our opinion.
We cant tolerate that anyone will squeeze out the good from the company and leave bondholders into an empty box.
By a recent statement of mr. Worhl seems that the recovery value for bondholders could be about 5 -10%
We oppose that, strong and firmly.
We know about the situation, we are fully committed to listen some proposal of bond restructuring, With longer maturities, or other solutions like debt-equity swap.
10% is unacceptable. Air Berlin will not continue to exist on the back of bondholders.

Solo che non indicherei eventuali percentuali di rimborso..... perché vedendo 5-10% potrebbero pensare di offrire un 15 o 20 che non basterebbe lo stesso...

MI ispirato una ingenua simpatia. ... ai tedeschi di quello che diciamo gliene importa meno di niente.. non vi bastano gli esempi di German Pellets SholzH. Alno ecc.. ecc.. ho anche io le Air berlin 2018 ma è inutile farsi segue mentali faranno come gli pare e tutti zitti
