Thank you for your email.



We do think the bondholders are not sufficiently represented. Unfortunately the court decides at its own discretion who becomes a member at least in the preliminary creditors committee. It currently is of the opinion that Mr Kienle from the SdK, a German small investors association, can represent all creditors. Once the insolvency proceedings are opened the creditors can decide in a meeting who will be represented in the bondholders committee.



Unfortunately this will only be in October or November and in our opinion far too late. That is why One Square and Kirkland Ellis along with many institutional bondholders still push for an expansion of the committee ahead of the opening of the insolvency. We will keep you posted.

Magari leggilo e anche il seguito forse qualcosa che quadra c'è. Sono io l'autore

Ripeto quello che ho scritto prima....Ho fatto lo sforzo come un buon samaritano del forum. Ma non ci ho capito nulla...

Per cui se volete il mio parere sulla vicenda Ab cercate i post precedenti miei (ho fatto arrabbiare il Sandrino il 24 agosto): ero fuori all'inzio e non sono entrato. Entro se il bond scende sotto il 2 (non me ne abbiano i forumisti ma questa è la mia soglia di accettazione del rischio). Però auguro a tutti un pronto e pieno recupero.

Quanto alle faccende del trasporto aereo io non sono che un modesto esperto di strada (e di provincia per giunta). Per cui non posso che rivolgere un invito alla lettura di testi e soprattutto questo (che qualche tempo addietro ho letto):

Sandrino grazie mille per aver condiviso con il forum il messaggio che hai ricevuto da OSA, soprattutto per tutti quelli che come il sottoscritto avevano fatto analoga richiesta a OSA ma non avevano ricevuto risposta, grazie ancora

Quello che dice Carl e' veramente strano e sorprendente.

Difatti. Sono in contatto da qualche giorno con la OSA che si occupa di rappresentare gli obbligazionisti di fronte al comitato creditori.
Carl mi ha risposto che occorre inviare l'attestazione che si posseggano le obbligazioni firmate dal cliente e una letterina dove si specificano i dati personali identificativi e l'ammontare nominale delle obbligazioni e che più si è meglio è. Una volta spediti documenti mi ha detto che bastano questi due e la risposta è delle 14.20. Vi giro mail che mi ha scritto:

Dear Mr XXXXX – thank you for your email and registration.


Would you please confirm the nominal amount you are holding in the AB100B bond ?


We believe it is important to join forces and get representation in the creditors committee. We would appreciate if you support us formally by a signed letter of support (sample form attached) together with a proof of your holdings. We will then address the court to expand the bondholders committee showing the broad support. Of course a support letter does not incur any costs for you.


If you would like to support us, please fill in the attached template, add a letterhead, sign and return a long with a proof of your holdings.

I desiderata di LH sono chiari da tempo, speriamo non si realizzino.
Anche se francamente, non riesco proprio ad immaginare chi possa mettergli i bastoni tra le ruote.
