Due to the fact that negotiations over an agreement on Ukraine’s neutrality and non-nuclear status and security guarantees (for Ukraine) are moving into a practical stage, and taking into consideration the principles discussed during today’s meeting, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has taken the decision to drastically reduce combat operations in the Kyiv and Chernihiv areas in order to boost mutual trust and create the necessary conditions for further negotiations and for the signing of the aforementioned agreement.

Io non capisco come i russi sembrino sempre raccontare palle.
Da Kiev sono stati respinti un paio di giorni fa sul terreno. Cercano di girare una sconfitta sul campo come un atto fatto per creare una reciproca fiducia.
Se fosse vera la mutua fiducia dovrebbero ritirarsi anche da Mariupol e lasciare passare i convogli umanitari...

Putin ha sin dalle prime sanzioni promulgato una legge che obbliga i fornitori di materie prime a convertire 80% di valuta pregiata in rubli. quindi di fatto già quasi tutte le entrate venivano utilizzate per sostenere il rublo

il fatto che per il 20% rimanente abbia fatto quell'azzardo è, a detta di molti, una pura e semplice provocazione.

... e ringraziamo NATO e UE per le ARMI inviate all'Ucraina e l'intelligence che hanno evitato che il despota Putin, prendendo Kiev, rovesciasse il governo Zelensky, per poi minacciare altre Nazioni Europee, causando così disastri ancora più gravi.
Su questo c'è poco da filosofeggiare...

mi pare che siamo oltre al "far contento" qualcuno.

Intendevo dire che è facile creare da parte russa una semplice transazione fittizia di cambio per conseguire il risultato, almeno formalmente.

Io ho sempre tenuto tutto e comunque a 917 rende ancora sul 10% lordo (a spanne)

Battute a parte, qualche switch tra certs con sottostanti sofferenti e certs a forte sconto data la vola schizzata a oltre 30 e, per il resto, raccattata qualche occasione sui book qua e là.
