Lussemburgo - 07 settembre, 2015 - In conformità all’autorizzazione dell’Assemblea degli Azionisti
del 29 marzo 2011 e successivamente a quanto deliberato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione il 5 luglio
2011, d’Amico International Shipping S.A. - ai sensi della delibera Consob n. 16839 del 19 marzo 2009
e del richiamato articolo 4.4 del Regolamento (CE) n.2273/2003 della Commissione del 22 Dicembre
2003 - comunica che nel periodo dal 29 agosto al 03 settembre 2015, ha riacquistato, sul mercato
regolamentato gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., numero 70.000 di azioni proprie, corrispondenti allo
0,01655% del capitale sociale, al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 0,7272 per azione, per un
corrispettivo complessivo di Euro 50,901. Alla data del 03 settembre 2015, d’Amico International
Shipping S.A. detiene numero 5.660.495 azioni proprie, corrispondenti allo 1,3387% del capitale
sociale.

corrispettivo complessivo di Euro 50,901. Alla data del 03 settembre 2015, d’Amico International
Shipping S.A. detiene numero 5.660.495 azioni proprie, corrispondenti allo 1,3387% del capitale
sociale.
