Critical Negotiations Between EC-Greece On NSRF
European Commissioner for Regional Policy Johannes Hahn met Greek FinMin Evangelos Venizelos and Development Michalis Chrisochoidis during his visit in Athens, while he is expected to return in Greece to meet prefects.
The interruption of discussions between commissioner and Greek authorities regarding the National Strategic Reference Framework should not been confused with the interruption of negotiation between Greece and Troika, Greek diplomats told Capital.gr.
The European Commission would seek concrete proposals for the funding of projects in each region, in order to convince the European authority to increase participation in NSRF to 85% or even 95%.
The European Commission’s Task Force, headed by Horst Reichenbach, is expected to play the most important role. Sources note that the German official would hold a press conference on September 15 at the offices of the European Commission in Athens.
Giorgos Glynos, official “link” between the Greek government and the EU Task Force attended the informal press conference of Chrisochoidis-Hahn. Both Hahn and Chrisochoidis decline to associate EU funding with scenarios of Greek bankruptcy.

L'EFSF in questo momento emette solo a favore di Irlanda e Portogallo, come previsto.
La Grecia è sotto la tutela della troika.
Non c'è nessuna discriminante.
Quando l'EFSF potrà operare sul secondario, potrà acquistare anche Grecia.
