da quello che ho capito io si può non aderire e il nuovo azionista di riferimento continua a garantire il debito sostituendo il bond con uno uguale a parità di condizioni (taglio, tasso, scadenza)

Comunque se lo leggi anche tu e mi dai il tuo punto di vista mi sarebbe molto utile, perchè quando l'ho letto ero propenso a non consegnare poi leggendo i report di moody's e la fumosità di questo nuovo azionista mi son convinto che un altro titolo a buona cedola lo posso sempre trovare.
