Announces that the insolvency administrator Dr. Jorg Nerlich from the legal office of Gorg in Cologne, has informed the Executive Board of SAG Solarstrom AG about the report for creditors' meeting
Says that according to the report, he is assuming an insolvency quota of approximately 50 per cent, if the ongoing investor process can be positively concluded
Says depending on the actual result of the investor process, the insolvency dividend might ultimately lie considerably below 50 per cent, but might also be considerably higher
Says that even if the outcome of the investor process is positive, the question of whether the company shareholders will receive a return flow of funds is still open
Says however, based on the positive development of the investor process, a divestiture of SAG Solarstrom AG is not expected as matters stand
