Senza offesa ma questo paragone non mi sembra che abbia molto senso...pensi che il bond di H&K stia 25 punti sopra Takko per un potenziale supporto del governo tedesco?
Heckler & Koch Bonds Tumble as German Army Reviews G36 Rifle

(Bloomberg) -- Heckler & Koch GmbH’s bonds dropped to the lowest level in almost three years after the German Defense Ministry said it’s reviewing the army’s use of the company’s G36 rifle.
“Any decision of the German government on the rifles has little financial impact on us,” Reinhold Mueller, Heckler’s chief financial officer, said in a phone interview Wednesday.
Heckler & Koch’s 295 million euros ($317 million) of 9.5 percent notes fell 6 cents this week to 66.8 cents, the lowest since May 2012, data compiled by Bloomberg show. Yields surged to 25.6 percent from less than 8 percent in July.
The G36 rifle has a “precision problem, particularly at high temperatures” and the military stopped its delivery “as a precaution,” German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen said in a statement Monday. Military leadership met to discuss preliminary results of an investigation into the weapon and may consider alternatives after the final report, she said.
The review is another blow to the manufacturer of guns carried by heroine Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider movies. Heckler’s cash dwindled as the government delayed export licenses and the company may face increased “liquidity difficulties” this year, Standard & Poor’s said in October.
The company must pay bondholders 14 million euros every six months and the next coupon is due on May 15, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
Government Orders
Heckler recorded about 1 million euros of revenues for refurbishing rifles used by the army last year and has no outstanding G36 orders with the government, Mueller said.
The company got a 30 million-euro credit facility last year from London-based hedge fund Bybrook Capital LLP and pays 10 percent interest when it’s drawn, he said.
“We are not using it at the moment and we are not planning to use it later this year,” Mueller said of the facility.
The G36 rifle has been used for almost 20 years in more than 35 countries, according to a statement on the Oberndorf, Germany-based company’s website Tuesday. All G36 guns used in the German army meet “technical delivery requirements,” were accepted by the military’s Quality Assurance Office and performed in line with other rifles in national tests, it said.
“We are shocked by the statements made by the Federal Defense Ministry about the G36 rifle,” the company said in the statement. “We take particular exception to the fact that the ministry made public statements which have extensive repercussions for our reputation without first seeking to discuss the matter with Heckler & Koch.”
