Scusate ma delle YPF (Argentina) si sa nulla? Io ho 10.000 delle 2047 e avevo aderito, so che hanno fatto un ulteriore proposta migliorativa, occorre aderire di nuovo?

• YPF's (YPF -2.4%) ad hoc bondolder group rejects the terms of the Argentine energy company's latest amended debt exchange offer, saying it still "fails to provide a balanced solution" for 2021 bonds maturing in March.
• The amended offer expires on Friday and the creditor group says its members will not tender their bonds under the current proposal.
• The group says it submitted a counter-proposal to YPF that would provide "additional cash flow flexibility and interest savings over the next several years with below-market interest rates."

Argentinian energy company YPF revised its restructuring proposal for the third time for its bonds worth $6.2bn. As part of the latest revision, investors will receive fewer 2026 bonds and more cash in the swap. YPF expects to reach a successful agreement with the majority of bondholders before the February 12 deadline. The acceptance deadline is February 8.

Spero che passi perchè l'alternativa è il default; questo i creditori dovrebbero capirlo. E' ovvio che il punto di scontro sia la 2021 ed è scandaloso (essendo già il bond stato oggetto di scambio poco tempo fa) che almeno questo non venga ripagato. ma tant'è! Bisogna prenderne atto e capire che sia ha a che fare con dei banditi.
