Ekosem-Agrar AG führt Gespräche mit russischen Banken über weitere Finanzierung der Gruppe inkl. Eigenkapitalbeteiligung

Walldorf, 26. Juli 2021 – Die Ekosem-Agrar AG bestätigt, dass sie sich mit ihrem wichtigsten Finanzierungspartner, der russischen Landwirtschaftsbank (Rosselkhozbank; RSHB), sowie der russischen Sberbank derzeit in Diskussionen über die mittel- und langfristige Finanzierung der Gruppe befindet. Dabei wird auch eine vorübergehende Mehrheitsbeteiligung der Rosselkhozbank an den operativen Tochtergesellschaften in Russland geprüft.

Ein Schiedsgericht in Woronesch hat einem Antrag der Gruppe auf Unterlassung von Maßnahmen der RSHB im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung von Call-Optionen auf den Erwerb von Anteilen an den russischen Zwischenholdings der Gruppe im vorläufigen Rechtsschutz stattgegeben. Ein Verhandlungstermin hierzu ist auf die zweite Augusthälfte terminiert.

Credo che le società operative a suo tempo abbiano concesso delle call alla banca legate a dei covenant, sicuramente la call è a prezzi bassi e ekosem cerca di non vendere a prezzi bassi

preferisco stare alla finestra e vedere come si evolve la situazione, sicuramente alle banche russe non interessa nulla della società tedesca e dei loro bondholder

preferisco stare alla finestra e vedere come si evolve la situazione, sicuramente alle banche russe non interessa nulla della società tedesca e dei loro bondholder

Ekosem-Agrar AG in discussions with Russian banks on further financing of the Group incl. equity participation

Walldorf, 26 July 2021 – Ekosem-Agrar AG confirms that it is currently in discussions with its main financing partner, the Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank; RSHB), as well as the Russian Sberbank, regarding the medium and long-term financing of the Group. In this context, a temporary majority shareholding of Rosselkhozbank in the operating subsidiaries in Russia is also being examined.

An arbitration court in Voronezh has issued an injunction in preliminary legal proceedings to refrain RSHB from all actions in connection with the exercise of call options to acquire a majority shareholding in the Group's Russian intermediate holding companies. A court hearing in this context is scheduled for the second half of August.

non mi sembra un fatto da giustificare un tracollo aziendale. probabilmente anche la stagione vacanziera con scambi ridotti aiuta queste montagne russe
