28 January 2022.4finance S.A. ("4finance" or the "Company") notifies investors that it has published a put option notice in respect of its 11.25% EUR 2025 bonds, as per the Terms and Conditions amended in August 2021. Upon request from investors the Company may repurchase up to a total of EUR 15 million of the EUR 2025 bonds at par.

Given the EUR 2025 bonds are currently trading above par, the Company does not expect significant investor participation.

The put option notice and relevant forms to submit a repurchase request are available at Bonds in Issue

Telefonato ad IW: per loro emissione piccola e titolo totalmente illiquido. Posso solo osservare l'evoluzione degli eventi. Buona sorte a chi è dentro il bond.

Certo ,diciamo anche che è parecchio illiquido,credo ampio spread denaro lettera .

forse non c'é nemmeno lo spread perché manca chi espone prezzi e quantitá, bisognerebbe avere Bloomberg e testare eventuali offerte, a 75 la prendevo pure io. Interactive porta 84,5/90,55 ma il 75 ha seguito altre vie.

come anticipava Apaci giorni fa, mi hanno confermato in IW bank the il mio conto passera' in Fideuram e OTC non sara' disponibile.
Questo vale per tutti?
Non mi e' chiaro poi se i titoli acquistati otc e non scambiati su mercati regolamentati potro' quanto meno rivenderli con Fideuram. A voi cosa risulta?
