The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to finance a tender offer (the "Tender Offer") for all US$600 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of Bombardier's 4.75% Senior Notes due 2019 ("2019 Notes") and the remainder for general corporate purposes. To the extent that less than US$600 million aggregate principal amount of the 2019 Notes are tendered in the Tender Offer, Bombardier intends to redeem all of its remaining outstanding 2019 Notes, using a portion of the net proceeds of the offering of Notes, following the closing of the offering of Notes.

Canadian plane and train maker Bombardier said on Monday it was offering seven-year bonds to raise up to $900 million (C$1.15 billion).
The company said it expects to use some of the net proceeds to buy its $600 million senior notes due 2019.

oggi ho perso un po di tempo a rivedere Frontier.

avevo preso la 2035 a maggio del 2017 area 66 US177342AL65 al tempo mi sembrava il bond migliore visto il prezzo basso.

visto però il calo generale su emittente non è piu cosi.

Ho venduto oggi il bond 2035 US177342AL65 a 57 e ho comprato al suo posto il bond 2025 US177342AM49 a 57,884

a maggio del 2017 il bond 2025 quotava 10 figure sopra il 2035. Oggi quotano molto vicini, ho preso la palla al balzo per girare.
