In the above-mentioned case, the current report of the insolvency administrator, lawyer Schmudde, dated 3 April 2019 is available to me.
The insolvency administrator continues to report on the current focal points of resolution, which lie in particular in the judicial enforcement of contestation and liability claims. Some of these have already been partly successful, others comparatively closed.
Depending on how these pending and still leading processes develop, the insolvency administrator expects to complete the process in at least three to five years. The quota expectation is still low.
Bondholders who provide me with proof of their bond credentials by means of a statement of deposit / print-out not older than 14 days can request this report from the liquidator here in electronic form. The statement of account / screen printout must state that the requesting creditor is the holder of the custody account, the date of the custody account statement, the bond position and the custodian bank. Since, as you know, the insolvency proceedings are a so-called non-public procedure, I ask for your understanding of these formal requirements.
I will keep you informed of the progress of the proceedings.
Sincerely,
Daniel Vos
