First of all, it should be noted that the loss was incurred at the level of the non-operating parent company and has nothing to do with the operationally very profitable business of the Ekosem-Agrar Group. Liquidity and thus interest payments for the bonds are also fed by the cash flow of the operating subsidiaries in Russia.

It has become necessary to report a partial loss of the parent company's share capital because an imbalance has arisen between the expense and income sides, which is a delayed consequence of various measures taken in preparation for the IPO planned for 2018, but which did not take place. Irrespective of these losses, the parent company's equity capital at the end of 2019 is still EUR 3.1 million! The Management Board has already initiated measures to correct the imbalance and strengthen the equity position.


At Group level, Ekosem-Agrar has generated a significant profit and a positive operating cash flow after interest and tax payments in 2019.

io su una societa che a patrimonio sotto zero non la compro neanche se me la regalano, poi se il mercato gli da valore se la possono tenere

Ford durante la crisi finanziaria aveva patrimonio netto negativo se e' per questo. Quindi non compreresti certe tech stocks che quotano 10 volte il patrimonio netto.

Quello che conta e' FCF. Il PN comunque ha una certa importanza.
