NuStar Energy (NS +2.4%) Chairman Bill Greehey now owns an 8.9% stake in the company he helped found, after disclosing earlier this week that he bought $15M worth of stock.
Greehey bought an additional 527,426 units at $28.44 each and now owns more than than 9.6M NS units.
Greehey was the founding CEO and chairman of Valero Energy, which spun off its midstream division to form NuStar in 2006
