mica dice che è vietata la tender ai non qualified. Non hanno depositato prospetto Consob e quindi gli intermediari non possono sollecitare in Italia. Non c'è divieto di ricevere e inoltrare apposite istruzioni su iniziativa del cliente non qualificato ma essendo attività non profittevole preferiscono bloccarla.
