Sono anch'io convinto che se la molecola cardionitrica funziona, Merck lancia l'OPA e se il no-xalatan funziona Valiant lancia l'OPA.
Tutto stà a vedere se queste molecole sono efficaci, o se sarà il solito buco nell'acqua.

Merck ha terminato in luglio la fase clinica I; ormai siamo a metà settembre e ancora non si sà se è andata bene o male. Tutta questa segretezza non mi piace.

Confusione mentale

In effetti sono un pò confuso; passo da momenti di esaltazione in cui metterei tutti i miei soldi su Nicox, a momenti di depressione in cui maledico il giorno in cui sono entrato in questa avventura.
Del resto dopo 15 anni e tutti gli alti e bassi che ha fatto il titolo, è difficile restare sereni.
Spero che a breve succeda qualcosa di importante, per cominciare la mia exit strategy.

- b1) se va in fase II => perché risultati sono validi ed "economicamente interessanti"
- b2) vedi recenti tagli/ridimensionamento/ottimizzazione budget per ricerca => A Call For Merck to Cut R&D. In the Pipeline:
- c) la considerazione b1) potrebbe esser estesa alla tecnologia oggetto dell'accordo Merck/nicox , secondo il quale a nicox spettano (piccole o grandi che siano) comunque delle royalties

B&L
- a) bunod ha tutte le caratteristiche per poter esser molecola da grandi fatturati
- b) come parte fase III dovrebbero arrivare nuove milestone ?!?
- c) dove c'é la ciccia, VALEANT se può compra ..non tiene in piedi licenze/accordi => vedi la campagna acquisti che ha fatto (a prescindere B&L)
