Già le prime pagine del prospetto, se capisco bene, parlano anche di cancellazione della cedola

Siemens e' cumulativo ,anche in caso di sospensione obbligatoria

Optional Interest Deferral
Payments of interest which the Issuer has elected to not be due and
payable will constitute Arrears of Interest. Arrears of Interest will
not bear interest themselves.

If on the 12th Business Day prior to any Interest Payment Date (as
defined in § 1 of the Conditions of Issue) a Mandatory Deferral
Event (as defined below) exists, such interest payment must be
deferred. Interest payments deferred in such manner shall constitute
Outstanding Payments.
Molto sommariamente la differenza principale sta nel fatto che gli "outstanding payments" verranno regolati tramite ACSM o con payment in kind.
Questo tipo di rimborso ha varie limitazioni per cui in teoria se non riescono a ripagare tramite ACSM perdi la cedola.

Guardati anche Henkel e Solvay , ci sono due discussioni gia' aperte.
